On 31st May 2008 Hubert von Goisern and his band will give an open air concert in Bad Goisern! As part of the Upper Austrian provincial exhibition Hubert von Goisern will be appearing on stage in his hometown with a new programme. Ticket sales have begun. Hubert von Goisern used the wonderful autumn weather to get in the mood for his "home game" on 31st May next year. The date is already set, but not the venue for the open air concert. So together with parisch councillor Florian Hemetsberger, Provincial Exhibition co-ordinator Johann Scheutz and his manager Hage Hein, Hubert visited not only various sports field in Bad Goisern, but also made a trip to Schloss Neu-Wildenstein, where renovations are currently going ahead in top gear. In 2008 Bad Goisern's contribution to the provincial exhibition will be seen here.

In the setting of the provincial exhibition on "geigen, gwand & goiserer" ("fiddling, garments & goiserer") a diverse programme of events is already being busily worked upon - and the first spectacular highpoint will without a doubt be Hubert von Goisern's "home game", before he then proceeds in summer 2008 with the second part of his Danube Tour as ambassador for the Capital of Culture Linz.
