Pop conversation with star guest Hubert von Goisern

The quartet was completed this time as Hubert von Goisern joined regulars Bernhard Flieher, Clemens Panagl (both Salzburger Nachrichten) and Helmut Hollerweger (Salzburger Fenster) as guest. He took the time to share a few memories of legendary records: Remain in Light by Talking Heads, Thriller by Michael Jackson, Juke Box by Cat Power and the boxset Fruit Tree from Nick Drake.

The Goiserer is currently preparing the second part of his three year Linz Danube tour. In the coming summer he will be sailing the Danube upstream, as well as turning into numerous tributaries. At present he is recording new songs in Salzburg with his well-rehearsed band who accompanied him on last year's trip to southeastern Europe. Hubert von Goisern has an eventful year before him: the visit to the Pop Quartet offered a worthy start.
