Hallstatt, Bad Goisern / An absolute Salzkammergut dream team met in Café Polreich for a leisurely being together: the legendary Goiserer folk musician Fritz Hillbrand, better known to fans as Toifl Fritz, Hubert Achleitner or Hubert von Goisern and the bassist with the Hohtraxlecker Sprungschanzenmusi, Dominik Müllegger from Bad Ischl, sang and played in Café Polreich.

With a three hour appearance, the three musicians entertained an expert audience that enthusiastically sang and clapped along.

The occasion was Hubert's (52nd) birthday and his long-held wish to play excellent music with Fritz again one time. It's certain that more appearances from the local matadors will follow this request concert.

Polreich landlady Erika Pomberger was especially pleased about the appearance; for years she has been greatly committed to maintaining the musical tradition in her pub. The Polreich is, however, best remembered by the older generation far beyond the borders of Hallstatt as the venue for countless musical and dance evenings since the 60s.
