a new era has dawned, the time afterwards.
I have to admit that I am happy not to have to compose any more logbook entries.
nevertheless a thank you for your interest in the experiences and our adventure. now I am hoping for a beautiful autumn, a snowy winter (I'm very egotistical in such matters) and a reunion with the water in 2008.

the word "utopia" comes from the 16th century. thomas more, england’s lord high chancellor and a committed christian combined the greek word "topos" (place) with the prefix "u" (for a negative), making utopia = non-place, a place or world that does not exist. he was executed on 6th july 1635 for his critical writings about the injustices in england under king henry viii.
